WELCOME TO SUBURBAN

    We are so thrilled that you decided to visit Suburban!
    In honor of that, we have a gift for you! We could give you a t-shirt you won't ever wear, or a coffee cup you don't need, but at Suburban we do something a little different. For every Connect Card that is filled out we make a donation to a local recovery ministry called The Table in your name. It is our way to say thanks, and also to partner with you to affect some real and lasting change right here in our community. 

    What happens when you fill out a Connect Card?
    We will reach out via email or text one time to see if you have any questions about the service. That's it!
